Navy and Yellow sectioned hat silk with alternate stars and a yellow pompom.

Hat silk will fit most hats it is lycra and very stretchy. We find they stay on really well and last a long time.
Woollen pompom is attached.
Do not tumble dry and wash on a fairly cool washing cycle.
